The Toolkit is separate from any live loan application; when you're ready to apply for a mortgage you'll be directed to our main site at previsemortgage.com.

2. Information We Collect

Through the Toolkit we collect:

Calculator inputs. Numbers you type into the calculators (loan amount, rate, term, etc.). These stay in your browser and are not sent to our servers unless you submit a contact form.
Contact information you submit. Name, email address, phone number, best time to reach you, and any message you include when you request a consultation or download a report.
Consent metadata. Timestamp, policy version, IP address, and user-agent captured at the moment you submit a form, as proof of consent.
